CHIPSA is an inpatient hospital, not just a clinic. There are a large number of cancer clinics in Mexico that provide treatment, but given our status as an inpatient hospital, we provide a different, more comprehensive level of care.


In addition, our hospital treatments are at the forefront of advanced therapy. CHIPSA utilizes a number of immunotherapies in combination with other cancer treatments, including conventional therapy. We are one of the longest-running cancer hospitals in Tijuana. Since the late 1970's we have been focused on cancer treatment. Located in Mexico, our 5-story hospital is just blocks from the ocean in Playas de Tijuana, and about 20 minutes from downtown Tijuana.


While our history is firmly rooted in the Gerson Therapy, we are constantly learning and looking to enhance our level of care. Building on our 40-year-history, as a leading alternative cancer treatment center, we now provide an exciting, but unique combination of alternative cancer treatments and conventional cancer therapies in an integrative approach. As a result our cancer treatment protocols are designed specifically for people, and just like you!

We know there are several cancer clinics, including those located in Mexican, that have attempted to provide or mimic our form of enhanced Gerson Therapy over the years. However, very few clinics or hospitals can come close. They do not have the evidence or scientific documentation of long term remissions of patients treated in their clinics. Any other substitute just can not compare, to the CHIPSA way!

As evidence of our statement above, in 2020 our team will be producing a documentary that will include many of our long term 5+ year stage 4 survivors.

4worldlovers: General Attending Physician Dr. Benito Munoz Corona was born in city of Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala, he course his training for an MD at Facultad de Medicina at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla U. P. A. E. P. 1982-1986. He did internship and social service 1987-1989, did obtain license for an MD as a general practitioner 1989 after approving professional exam.

This is a brief history how he became interested in holistic medicine:

He had opportunity to work in a clinic that treated chronic and degenerative diseases in Tijuana on early 90’s.

After seeing patients improving for different conditions they were treated for such as: arthritis, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, candida, chronic fatigue syndrome even different types of cancer, he had the interest to learn more about an alternative ways to treat all this chronic illnesses and diseases in a different modality than orthodox method he learned at medical school.

Through the years his experience became more and more based on constant research and applying alternative therapies that combined with allopathic medicine demonstrated better response on different conditions.

At the present time with around 28 years of experience he is convinced that offering a combination of both medicines patients can improve without developing side effects compared with only the traditional way.
